HOW TO ORDER

  1. Select your Artwork Dimensions and Add to Cart (Dimensions can be chosen in the drop-down menus above the ‘Add to Cart’ button).

  2. Send your reference photo(s) to Sarah@BelovedPaper.com) Please reference your order number in your message or email. Please let me know of any specific requests if you have any.

  3. Artwork Proofing - This is where we get to make sure your family portrait is just how you envisioned it. Within 5-7 business days of your order, you will receive a digital proof/mock-up of your painting. This proof is created digitally, but don't worry, your final painting will be 100% handpainted original artwork. Here you will have the chance to respond with any changes that may need to be made. (i.e lighten or intensify the color, simplify the background, add spring landscaping, etc).

  4. As soon as we have a final digital proof that you are happy with, I will begin painting your custom portrait. The painting process (after final proof approval) will take approximately 4-5 weeks to complete
    *Once I have begun your painting, any changes or edits may incur an additional cost, so be sure to include all your edits and requests during the proofing step. Once the painting is complete you will have another opportunity to view your portrait before it ships. I will send you a high-resolution photo and multiple up-close images so you can see just what you will be receiving. At this point we will just be looking at the artwork quality and that it matches the approved proof. If there are any changes that need to be made that were not addressed in the proofing process those changes may incur additional costs.

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE and I ship USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Current shipping times are 3-5 business days from the day shipped (these times may increase during the holiday and rush seasons).
