Can I request a custom print?
Yes, absolutely! I love custom requests and would be so happy to bring your vision to life. You can request a custom print here. Once I receive your information I will be in contact with details and pricing information within two business days.

I would like to purchase a map but don’t see my location listed. Can I order a custom map?

What is the difference between Semi-Custom Design and Bespoke Design?
The Semi-Custom Collection is a curated collection of pre-designed wedding stationery suites. Choose from any of the Semi-Custom Designs, select your desired quantity, customize your options, and choose from the semi-custom add-ons on the Semi-Custom Collections page. Bespoke means made to order or custom made. Bespoke Stationery Designs are just that. I start with your vision and create a stationery design that is one of kind and representative of the love you share. I work one on one with you to curate an exquisite design specific to you. What options are available for the Semi-Custom Designs
Print method, paper and envelope type, and font choices can all be found in detail on the Semi-Custom Design Process Page.

Can I customize a Semi-Custom Design more than the options listed in the Process Page?
Yes! Please fill out this form and I will be in contact within two business days with pricing and additional information.

What is the minimum quantity for both Semi-Custom and Bespoke Stationery designs?
Semi-Custom suites require a minimum order of 25; Bespoke designs a minimum order of 50

Can I add more invitations once I’ve already placed my order?
Please contact us as quickly as possible to order additional pieces. Additional orders may incur extra setup and printing fees if your primary order has already been printed or shipped.

I’ve ordered too many invitations, can I reduce my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to reduce the quantity.

Can I purchase the digital file and print myself?
Currently, at this time I do not sell digital files of my artwork.

When should I place my order?
It is recommended that you mail your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you are having many out of town guests or a destination wedding I recommend mailing closer to 10 weeks in advance. Semi-Custom Designs take approximately 4-6 weeks from order date to shipping. Bespoke Stationery Designs take approximately 8-10 weeks from start to completion.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes, depending on availability I will be happy to rush your order for you. Please reach out prior to placing your order to see if a rushed order is currently possible. Rushed orders may incur an additional fee.  

Can I get an extra for my photographer to photograph?
I always include an extra full suite in with your order as a keepsake for the bride and groom. I would be happy to send a copy to your photographer as well with extra pieces (ribbon, stamps, etc) for photo styling purposes. There is a designation in the order form to include your photographer’s information.  

Will anyone else be using my bespoke invitation design?
While there are many trends and styles that are very similar among weddings today. Bespoke designs are completely custom to you. While another couple may use a custom wedding crest on their stationery, no one will be using the design that was created specifically for you.

Do you offer calligraphy?
I do not offer calligraphy in-house at this time. However, I do work with many talented calligraphers and would be happy to assist in the process and work directly with a calligrapher on your behalf to simplify the ordering process.   

Will you mail my invitations to my guests for me?
No, while I do offer stationery assembly, I do not mail directly to your guests. Your stationery will be packaged beautifully and shipped directly to you ready to mail.  

Shipping Questions

What shipping methods are available?
General orders ship via United States Postal Service and options are available for priority and express shipping. Wedding Orders ship via UPS and require a signature for delivery.

When will my order ship?
General orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. While Stationery orders will vary on production times. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as your order as shipped.  

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time I only ship within the United States.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of your wedding invitations they cannot be returned or refunded. If there is a mistake on the part of Beloved Paper, I will reprint and ship the replacement pieces at no cost to you. If there is a mistake in information provided by the client any replacement and shipping costs will be covered by the client.
