The term Bespoke originated in Great Britain meaning ‘made to order’ or ‘custom made’ and Beloved Paper’s Bespoke Stationery Designs encompass that very meaning. I start with your vision and create a stationery design that is one of kind and representative of the love you share. I work one on one with my couples to curate an exquisite design specific to your specific wedding style and needs.
To begin the Bespoke design process, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible. I understand that you may not have all the information right now and that’s perfectly ok, just fill out as much as you can. Upon receiving your request form you will hear back from me within two business days to set up a Skype or phone consultation to further discuss the details of your stationery.
Following our consultation, you will be invited to join Beloved Paper’s client portal where you will be able to access your design proofs, inspiration boards, design timeline, and client contract. Your next step will be to accept your design proposal and contract and pay the initial deposit.
You will be able to approve or request changes to your stationery proofs with the click of a button directly in the client portal. The Bespoke Stationery proofing stage can take between 4-6 weeks, with each round of proofing your design timeline will be updated with a new estimated completion date. Once you are satisfied with your Bespoke designs and the final approval has been given your final balance will be due and an ‘approval for print’ sub-contract signed.
Printing and production of your stationery will take approximately 2-3 weeks for digital printing and 3-6 weeks for letterpress and foil stamping. Your invitations will arrive to you beautifully packaged and ready to mail to your delighted guests.
Bespoke Stationery Designs are one of a kind and represent your specific wedding style and needs. Bespoke designs have a minimum quantity of 50 invitations and while the price per invitation varies based on pieces desired, print method, and embellishments the average Beloved Paper Bride and Groom set aside a budget of approximately $1800-$2500.
